| In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged or defective pump, we will replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase. Pumps and product that fail during proper use after 30 days but before the expiration of warranty, must be handled through the warranty service as outlined in the product packaging. Unused and unopened product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full exchange. Refund of product purchased is available and will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee upon receipt of returned and sellable unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. No Refunds or exchanges will be issued or product accepted after 30 days from purchase. Shipping & Handling is not refundable.
